價值2.6萬的教訓：見識了五星級酒店的“彈性”政策與“穩固”失信
事情是這樣的，廣交會期間，我們為接待客户預訂了7間房，總花費2.6萬元。因部分行程臨時調整，其中三間房未能如期入住。隨後與攜程平台的溝通經歷，堪稱一場關於“商業誠信”的現場教學。
最令人愕然的一幕是：酒店方與平台起初曾主動提出一個建設性方案——為我們重新預訂後續日期的房間，併為此筆未入住訂單辦理退款。然而，就在我們尚在評估該方案的一小時內，酒店方竟毫無徵兆地單方面推翻承諾，轉而要求我們必須提供苛刻憑證方可操作。
這種近乎兒戲的“朝令夕改”，徹底暴露了三個核心問題：
1. 誠信盪然無存：一個正式的解決方案能在頃刻間作廢，表明其管理流程極不嚴謹。我們對酒店本身的契約精神已失去基本信任。
2. 政策極度僵化：在展會期間房價翻倍獲利的同時，酒店卻拒絕展現任何應有的服務彈性。它選擇完全隱身於“不可取消政策”之後，甚至連“將費用轉為未來消費額度”這類自身毫無損失的提議也斷然拒絕，姿態如同“一鎚子買賣”。
3. 毫無客户關懷：從提出方案到迅速反悔，再到僅於次日中午進行程序化確認，酒店的所有行為都透露出對客户處境的全然漠視。五星級酒店應有的同理心與主動解決問題的意願，在這裏完全缺失。
它用2.6萬元為我們上了一課：選擇酒店，遠比硬件更重要的是其處理危機時的擔當與誠意。
衷心建議：若您的行程存在絲毫變數，請務必繞行此酒店。否則，任何意外都可能讓您陷入孤立無援、獨自承擔全部損失的境地。
