I checked into the hotel on my birthday. After a busy day, I returned to the room and saw a delicate little cake on the table. 😍😍 Next to it was a handwritten greeting card filled with warm wishes. The hotel staff found my birthday information through careful investigation without my special notice, and carefully prepared this surprise. The sweet taste of the cake spread on the tip of my tongue, but the touch in my heart was even stronger, making me feel the warmth of home in a foreign place. The service is super considerate😇😇😇😇😇😇 In addition, from the moment I registered at the front desk, the staff was enthusiastic and greeted me with a smile. The formalities were handled quickly, and they also carefully introduced the hotel facilities and fun places around. After checking in, I accidentally stained my clothes and called the room service for help. In less than half an hour, the staff came with cleaning supplies and helped me clean up quickly with a friendly attitude. ✌✌✌✌

Came to see the Greater Bay Area Lantern Festival and chose to stay nearby; the parent-child room is great, with tents, toys, and a terrace, large space, and good environment; there are children's bathrobes and children's supplies, which is very considerate. The hotel front desk also prepared small gifts for the children; nice. The breakfast is rich in variety, and it starts a full day with a full stomach. This trip was a great experience~

We arrived at Guangzhou South by train, and while we were still on the journey of returning home, we received a call from the front desk of Guangzhou Nansha Mehao Lizhi Hotel. On the other end of the phone, the staff was warm and kind, carefully asking about our arrival time, saying that they would arrange a warm and comfortable room for us in advance, and also asked us if we had any special needs, such as whether we wanted to be closer to the elevator for convenient travel; or which direction of the room we preferred, so that we could better enjoy the scenery outside the window. This meticulous care made us who were still on the journey instantly warm in our hearts, full of expectations for this stay. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, Xiaoxue at the front desk greeted us with a smile, and her enthusiastic appearance was like welcoming family members who had not seen each other for a long time. She swiftly helped us check in, and handed us steaming ginger tea and special snacks limited to the Spring Festival, which dispelled the winter chill. (Thinking back to the hotel I stayed in before, it was deserted when I checked in. In contrast, the service here is so considerate and thoughtful.) When we walked into the room, the elegant and grand new Chinese style decoration style instantly attracted us. Every detail revealed exquisiteness and warmth, making people feel as if they were in an art space full of cultural charm. The room was cleaned spotlessly, and the bathroom washbasin was equipped with a beauty instrument that girls love. My wife was so happy that she praised the hotel for understanding girls' little thoughts. For this trip, we originally planned to go to the Greater Bay Area Lantern Festival during the Spring Festival to experience the lively and festive atmosphere, so we only stayed in the hotel for one night. Unexpectedly, when we checked out the next day, the hotel's service moved us even more. When I got up in the morning, it started to drizzle outside the window, and there was no sign of stopping. I was worrying about how to get a taxi to the Lantern Festival, and Xiaoxue brought us hot tea and asked about our schedule in a gentle voice. Knowing that we were anxious to see the Lantern Festival, she hurriedly comforted us not to worry and took the initiative to help contact the car. After a while, the car arrived, but the rain was getting heavier and heavier, and it became very difficult to travel. At this time, Xiaoxue picked up two umbrellas without hesitation, handed one to my husband, held the other one herself, and helped us carry the suitcases and walked to the car. Along the way, she deliberately tilted the umbrella towards me, and most of her body was exposed in the rain. After helping us put the luggage away and closing the car door, she turned back. Looking at her back wet by the rain, my husband and I were deeply touched. Because we left in a hurry, we didn't have time to ask her name. It was not until we got home from the Lantern Festival that we received a caring call from Xiaoxue, and then we knew her name was Xiaoxue. We really think that the hotel leaders should give a good compliment to Xiaoxue. Her warm service made our stay experience during this Spring Festival trip perfect and added a lot of warmth and beauty to this New Year. This experience at Guangzhou Nansha Grandview Hotel was really wonderful. Next time I come here, I will definitely choose this hotel again!
