I have stay in the vila with sauna but the room was very old and not so clean also the swimming pool was not clean the price is not matching with the vila I have pay 1059 for one night in this price I can get more better room

I went to Pattra with my wife and my 2 children.
The hotel emplacement is just amazing, the view on the mountains is extra from the balcony. We came late the first night, although the dinner buffet was about to close, the restaurant staff managed to provide various meals and desert before closing.
The next day afternoon my children spent the whole time in the afternoon in the swimming pool, till 10 PM.
The breakfast and the dinner buffet are really diversified and my children were able to find their favorite meals.
The staff is really friendly and ready to assist despite the language barrier.
We will definitely book another weekend soon in Pattra.

The hotel is as good as ever, with good service, clean rooms, and enough bathrobes and towels. The hot spring water is smooth and comfortable, and the temperature is warm and comfortable. After soaking, the skin is silky smooth, and the quality of sleep at night is also higher and better!

We were assigned a room in the corner of the mountain, facing a row of unfinished buildings, with dilapidated fences and no security, which was very scary. We were not allowed to change rooms or even downgrade them, not to mention the outdated facilities in the room.
