之前疫情的時候連着住了很多天，每次有機會回來的時候都像回家一樣。設施的確有點舊了，但是MO的服務水平在廣州絕對是T0級別，説有臨時的安排就馬上安排了延遲退房。12月開始有聖誕裝飾了，大家可以來看看

We stayed at Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou for three nights and honestly loved it. I told them it was our honeymoon, and they gave us a room on the highest floor with an amazing city view. Housekeeping kept the room super clean and always updated, so it felt really taken care of.
One thing I really liked — there’s a little delivery section in the room where all my online orders were placed, so everything was easy to find.
Overall, the room was super comfy, great for the two of us, and totally worth the money. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed, although the TV size and limited channel selection could be improved. I also received a complimentary room upgrade, which I appreciated, but the room was quite close to the tunnel, so some noise could still be heard at night.
The staff were detailed, friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. During checkout, the front desk even checked on my staying experience and noted down my feedback in their system for future stays, which I found thoughtful.
The location is excellent, directly connected to Taikoo Hui and the MRT station, which made getting around very convenient.
One downside was the spa voucher included in my stay package. Due to my tight schedule, I wasn’t able to use it, so I requested to exchange it for breakfast instead, but the hotel was unable to accommodate the request. It would be great if the voucher usage could be more flexible in the future.
Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and convenience, with just a few points that could be improved.

對我而言，這是一家充滿美好回憶的酒店，2017年以前多次帶着女兒來這裏逛吃逛吃，如今她長大了，和朋友約了週末到正佳逛街，我們也就有機會帶着二寶來體驗她家的親子房了。。。酒店有些年頭、但是維護很不錯，親子房的裝修和禮遇也是誠意滿滿，這家酒店的服務態度和服務意識真的是很好，早餐人多有點擁擠，出品還是保持了高水準，這次比較匆忙，下次過來多住幾天。

體驗感很好。除第一天入住的時候等待時間太久以外沒任何缺點，不過廣交會人多也能理解。房間很大，該有的都有，寵物友好這一點贏了太多酒店。工作人員打掃衞生看到我有在床邊放書，還放了一個書簽在旁邊～很喜歡。因為定的無早的房間，晚上看到牀頭櫃放的早餐牌就點了MO小有名氣的法式吐司，味道確實不錯。退房當天想要晚點退房，跟前台溝通申請了兩點退房也很乾脆同意，很人性化很好很喜歡。

雙人東方會行政酒廊專屬禮遇:下午茶套餐是整set，含咖啡茶飲，比深圳文華的行政酒廊下午茶更好。推薦晚餐的煎牛扒、早餐的法式楓糖吐司。
設施：酒店開業10+年了，設施保養得非常好，硬件紮實，室內空間感很好。
衞生：滿分💯
服務：貼心且恰到好處的服務，讓整趟旅程很舒心。

超乎預料的一次體驗 跟女朋友週年紀念日來到廣州文華東方酒店 進門出現了一羣外國人還以為今天入住會很久 到前台之後發現確實都很忙 不過及時上了花茶和潔膚濕巾 很贊 前台的小哥哥免費升了房型並且告知會有紀念日禮遇和簡單的佈置 晚上回到房間之後發現贈送了蛋糕以及手寫信 並且開好了夜床 在玄關處細心鋪上了毛巾和拖鞋 整理了洗漱台上的化粧品和護膚品 床品也非常不錯 晚上體驗了泳池 意外發現有一個按摩池 非常的舒適 第二天的早餐品質也在線 嚐到了帶有自家logo的蜂蜜蛋糕 最後退房前想要延遲到13:00退房 直接在MO的app上溝通 非常的方便！總的來説這次體驗我可以給到滿分！！
