Mandarin Oriental Hotel was over top of 5 stars hotel . First time stayed and location so great to collect by MTR. Executive floor provided all the day food and drinks. This valentine day , we got a good memory and relax time. Recommend to stay at least 2 nights or more .

A very pleasant stay. It was anniversary trip and the hotel arranged decoration with a cake. But what I appreciated most is its hospitality. Very convenient location as well. The strayed cat they adopted seems quite relaxed there and I was moved by this scene in cold season. Cynthia was especially helpful. Will go back again and try its restaurant.

Excellent service provide by the mo team. Just a slight issue that one of the rooms have smoke smell. Housekeeping did send a air purifier

I had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The service was impeccable, and the room was both luxurious and comfortable, meeting the high standards I’ve come to expect from this brand. However, I feel there are a couple of areas that could be improved to enhance the overall experience.
The lobby, while elegant, doesn’t quite match the grandeur of the rest of the hotel and could benefit from some updates to reflect the luxurious feel of the property. Additionally, the elevator lobby felt a bit dull and lifeless—perhaps adding some fresh elements or decor could brighten it up. I also noticed there was no noticeable fresh scent in the lobby area, which would add a touch of freshness upon arrival.
Despite these small suggestions, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

Air conditioning systems did not work well during the stay. The room was suddenly increased in temperature at mid night.

Luxury Hotel , everything more than perfect. Cleaning the room two times a day.
Breakfast good with many varieties. Room big accessory for bath room makes this hotel different.
Kids loves the afternoon tea set which serve for them in room for free.
Location for this hotel in the heart of Guangzhou in same building with the top brands mall (tai Kou Hui) ..
We enjoyed swimming, food , comfortable bed.

Nice hotel stay, friendly staff and beautiful room. The only complaint was that the gym closed during our stay (It was not indicated when we booked the room).
