The hotel is well located, many restaurants and shopping malls around. The room felt a bit dated, and there was a slight smell of cigarette smoke that didn’t go away during my 7-day stay. I had booked a garden view room, but was given one facing a wall and buildings; luckily there was natural light. The shuttle to the Canton Fair leaves at 8:20 am, which is a bit early for buyers, as many booths are still closed upon arrival. Overall, the experience was ok.

No toilet paper and requested one that they did not give me the new one. The shower gel was half full, not new. The fridge has smell.

great stay overall for the price! Clean and in a good location, though slightly worn in. Had a bit of a musty smell but went away once you turned the air conditioning on.

Hotel was abit small but manageable. Right in the heart of shopping district so food and shopping was within a stone’s throw. Hotel staff was nice and accomodating. Not a 5 star kind of service but warm like a neighbourhood

Very clean and convenient hotel. No smoke smell on towels and front desk service was professional and pleasant. Very convenient to eateries and shopping district is just a 10 mins walk away..
Highly recommend and will come back to this hotel when I stay in tianhe again.
