第二次入住從都，各方面的體驗感都比第一次好。例如可以視房源情況辦理提前入住、延遲退房等。週年紀念日也貼心地送上小蛋糕。提個建議是，房間黴味有點，顧客入住前可以先安排開窗通風可能更好。

相當滿意的一間酒店，無論從酒店的設施、服務，還是餐廳的食品，都做得很出色。
設施：有單車租賃，健身房，室內室外泳池，温泉、網球場、高爾夫球，算是齊全。但感覺還不足夠，如果是冬天過來除了泡温泉好像也沒啥好玩的。
衞生：很乾凈，不論房間還是户外小徑，都不見灰塵和落葉。
環境：這個就相當出色了，樹林鬱鬱葱葱，無論走到都綠樹環繞，空氣清爽，估計如果下了雨負離子會更多。
服務：也是相當出色，管家式服務，電話一打馬上有迴應。不過酒店有部分正在重新裝修，有工人到處走動。還有些因為工作原因會隨意經過客人房間落地玻璃外面的走廊，良好的私隱性被打破。

這次是再度入住從都了，環山而建的中式風格，負離子滿滿，更加喜歡這的房間，非常大很舒服，莊園服務超讚，早餐必須吃的，品種豐富非常棒，剛好不是週末，所以人不多，温泉泡池人少很舒服。有時間還是再會再去的。

從都國際，都市中的美麗莊園。佔地面積超大，園區主要靠電瓶車接駁，否則能走斷腿。這次住的A型套房，面積109平米。套房由客廳、卧室、衞浴間和衣帽間三部分組成，相當的豪華氣派。最愛室外的私家花園，亭台樓閣，流水潺潺，鳥語花香。服務十分到位。入住前電話徵詢客人的喜愛和到達時間，提前把房間準備好。每次叫電瓶車都能迅速響變。贈送的迷你吧飲品和水果都非常豐富，根本喝不完吃不完。自助早餐西式部分很棒，煙燻三文魚、鹹牛肉、三款芝士和什錦疏菜品質都很高，還可以選擇雞蛋的多種做法。因為去的時候人不多，温泉泡池和室內外游泳池的體驗都很好。一句話，這是一次完美的體驗。
