There is a girl with glasses at the front desk who has a good service attitude and is relatively skilled, while another girl does not accept our requests, ignores the questions raised by the guests for a long time, keeps greeting new guests, and leaves us aside. The attitude of answering questions makes people feel unpleasant. The renewal card is not refreshed smoothly. We ran up and down but failed to refresh it. The check-in process is not smooth. There is no hot water at 12 o'clock in the evening. There are no boxed tissues in the room. The hair dryer is broken. The most disgusting thing is the dirt on the wash bag. I hope the hotel can improve it after seeing it.

The hotel rooms are old, the room facilities are complete but a bit old and damaged. The front desk staff are friendly and harmonious. Only one or two employees need training to digest it.
