Because it is close to home, I have been staying in this hotel in Guangzhou for several years. This is my first stay after the name change. The service level of the waiters is uneven. There is a girl with glasses at the front desk who has a good service attitude and is relatively skilled, while another girl does not accept our requests, ignores the questions raised by the guests for a long time, keeps greeting new guests, and leaves us aside. The attitude of answering questions makes people feel unpleasant. The renewal card is not refreshed smoothly. We ran up and down but failed to refresh it. The check-in process is not smooth. There is no hot water at 12 o'clock in the evening. There are no boxed tissues in the room. The hair dryer is broken. The most disgusting thing is the dirt on the wash bag. I hope the hotel can improve it after seeing it.

Facilities: A bit old, air conditioning is a bit old. Hygiene: Very clean, those who care about hygiene can choose it. Environment: Nice environment, convenient for eating around. There are many snack bars. Service: The service was very good. Transportation: Not far from the subway station, you can reach it on foot. All in all, very cost-effective. Suitable for business trips.

The house is clean, the soundproofing is good, the front desk service is OK, although the room is not very big, it is enough, and the price/performance ratio is good.
