Having stayed in this hotel myself before I booked it for my friend who was on a short stay in Guangzhou and he liked the hotel, the location of the hotel was more suitable for the activities he came to do in Guangzhou not far from the markets

The room that we got is just perfect. It's cute and the location is very accessible to the train station.
Just the shower curtain is a bit too short but it's all good and we love our stay.

First and foremost for all foreign passport holders, if you book an apartment in China, then you will have to go to the nearest police station to get your own verification to be done by the Police Officer. This was not known to me, and it took about 3 hours time.
The apartment is located on a narrow inside road due to which, the taxi drops you at the main road and you need to walk down around 200 feet for the apartment.
Other than this the stay was very peaceful.

They have rules to visit nearest police station for registration first and then they give you room to stay, which is quite hectic for tired visitors. You have no other option.

My stay was good. First was not ok, but got upgraded to a better room later. And it was spacious and good. Thanks to the hotel staff
