very good area, many food and shopping but if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, stay somewhere else. so much noise, doors have no soft closing, people talking loudly along corridors.
Only one Iift serving the whole building.
Other than that staff is nice and help you to take package and they are friendly. Room also got weird smell and strangely felt damp.

The location is very convenient. There is only one lift/elevator so wait time can be long during rush hour. The hotel shares the building with others so first level of hotel is at 4th floor. Must take lift to enter & exit. Rooms facing the street can be very noisy during festive period.

Good location, just by Beijing Road. Lots of shopping, eateries, places of interests. But the entrance (which is an elevator) is a bit obscure, at the side of the building.
Staff was not very friendly at the check-in desk and yet asked for 5 stars rating?!

I stayed in room 713, the room felt eerie…… and this room type is not even listed on Trip.com.
Would also like to highlight: When I first checked in, the receptionist (a lady) suggested me to CANCEL my booking on Trip.com and requested me to book on their OWN WEBSITE instead…. stating that she can offer us free breakfast for 3 pax, totally UNSCRUPULOUS!!
There is no security in this hotel at all, there is only ONE lift, sharing with few other accommodations and hotels, causing longer waiting times.
Would not recommend this hotel, not worth the money (bad service and unhygienic too) 👎🏻👎🏻
