This is the most reassuring hotel experience I've ever had in China!
On my first day, the front desk staff Grace heard that I was overcharged 4 times the normal taxi fare. She communicated with me patiently taught me how to use ride-hailing apps. When I took another taxi later, the front desk proactively confirmed the fare calculation with the driver, giving me complete peace of mind about pricing.
During check-in, staff member, clearly explained all hotel facilities, operating hours, breakfast times, and even carried my luggage to the room while demonstrating room amenities. I was deeply touched when they offered to wash and dry my clothes for me—completely free of charge!
Every staff member was exceptionally polite and professional. The hotel offers incredible value for money, and through this experience, I truly felt the warm hospitality that Chinese culture is famous for." We had a wonderful stay. I will recommend the hotel online. We really appreciate all your help to make our stay the best. We felt as we were at home with you all. For that reason we would like to come back the next time with the rest of my family, to enjoy the wonders of China

The location of the hotel is relatively good. It is convenient to drive here because the parking lot here is large and you can park at the door. Remy and Xiao Zhu are both very welcoming. They introduced us to the surrounding places to play on weekends, such as Huatingfang, Xiangxue Park, and Huangpu Military Academy. We had a lot of fun here. This hotel is a very good choice. It's good for business trip. It's not in the city center, but near my company. So it's not far by taxi. The environment is good and the room is quiet. The price is... very affordable. It's OK.
There is a self-service tea bar where you can drink tea and coffee. There are also free milk and fruit.
