Big hotel, offered airport transfers by bus. However, the bus could be full during transfer that we did not feel comfortable of sharing. The room has cigarette smell. Aircond cannot be adjusted.

Outside have convenience store just walk 5 mins away frok hotel. Restaurants bbq just besides. Massage just infront Ll aroumd was just 5 mins walking distance. Most important part airport transfer is free, and LRT /MRT transport to station is free. Spacious room for working purpose in room.

入住體驗很滿意，地理位置不錯，酒店靠近機場，而且有免費接送服務 15分鐘就到了，前台的服務非常好 ，有餐廳 種類蠻多的，還有健身房可以運動一下，設施設備都比較齊全，很滿意的一次體驗

有接送車，早餐種類也挺豐富，房間沒想到挺大挺寬敞的，床單床品也比想象的好很多，乾燥不潮濕且舒適，下次還選擇這裏，最核心的服務態度真心好，有什麼問題都給順利解決。

店內小姐姐服務熱情，並事事有迴應，説話都是笑眯眯的。入住時間13-14號，由於下機後凌晨四點才到店，前台小姐姐主動給我延時到下午三點，由於個人原因需處理行李整理，房間直到下午6點才退，並從未催促。我覺得當下不管住哪，最重要的是有人情味兒，協商的事情以客户需求為導向，體驗感很重要。並且在14號下午，他們負責的主動電話聯繫我，（由於入住安排的第一個房間有煙味，反饋前台立即更換了房間，很小的事情並已經得到了解決，我並未放在心上）可負責人主動表示入住體驗歉意，並在我房費上打了折扣作為酒店方的誠意。個人體驗感：人性化管理最終會收穫更多的客户。對了，早餐很好吃，乾淨衞生，煮湯粉的叔叔也很暖男給我推薦。

多次入住這個酒店，在熱鬧的街道上，周邊餐飲非常多，酒店佈局很有檔次，房間也很乾凈，接送很方便，在人和地鐵站 C2 口。早餐還行，有面檔煮麪條，咖啡可樂豆漿都有。滿意！
