Comfortable room with good daily clean up room . Alot of food nearby with entertainment. Good location.

I recently stayed at this hotel for eight nights and had a thoroughly positive experience. Room: Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised. It felt extremely cozy and welcoming. I particularly appreciated the comfortable sofa area, as well as the full-length mirror and lighted magnifying mirror — both were essential for my trip. The room came well-equipped with amenities, including a hairdryer, in-room slippers, and 4 complimentary 500ml bottles of water replenished daily. Basic toiletries such as toothbrushes, razors, cotton buds, and cotton pads were also provided. Additional conveniences included a water boiler, a drawer-style mini bar, and power outlets with USB charging ports on both sides of the bed. The bed was slightly firm but still very comfortable, and the four pillows provided excellent support. Despite my room facing the street, it remained exceptionally quiet throughout my stay, indicating effective soundproofing. Service: The service at this hotel exceeded my expectations. Upon check-in, the front desk staff asked if I was satisfied with my room. I mentioned a concern regarding the emergency stairway door located directly across from my room, and the staff immediately offered to relocate me. Impressively, they arranged for a service robot to deliver my new room key card. Throughout my stay, I frequently received food deliveries and parcels from Taobao. The staff were consistently patient and helpful in assisting me with my packages. The reception team, comprised mainly of young professionals, were courteous and proactive. I would also like to commend the housekeeping staff, particularly the attendant on the 7th floor, who was exceptionally friendly and attentive. She insisted on changing my bedsheets and towels regularly and offered additional water and amenities, demonstrating genuine care for guest comfort. Location: The hotel's location is highly convenient. Several large shopping malls are within a 20-minute walking distance, and directly opposite the hotel are a shopping mall, two large supermarkets, and a Miniso store. Overall: I highly recommend this hotel. Although I had come across some negative reviews prior to my stay, I personally encountered no issues. My advice to future guests: if you experience any discomfort with your room, do not hesitate to request a change. The staff are accommodating and eager to ensure a pleasant stay. Last but not least, 前台小丁服务态度很好，很热情，有机会一定还会再来光顾！还有，小机器人服务很好也很用功，请记得要给它糖吃哦！

This is my 2nd time over here in a month, and as usual service is attentive, cleaning staff is punctual on a daily basis, breakfast dining room is spacious and has laundry facilities within the breakfast dining area. The gym is sparse but does the job.

Better than expected. Rooms are big enough and comfortable.  Breakfast is average but acceptable. Mostly asian food.  Area is a bustling shopping place for electronics . 

Im greatly appreciate to the staffs at the reception as i need to check out 3pm and especially Miss Qliyun-520 who willingly wanted to talk to her manager to let me extend to 3pm for my car to come and pick me up and head back to Shenzhen.Overall the staffs and cleaner aunties are vey nice and very well mannered.Thank you so much.

Very contemporary hotel. Very nice. Ms Xiao Ling Xiao Ling 小玲小玲 is excellent friendly and helpful.
