We had a very lovely stay at Kempinski Residence Guangzhou. Initially we are a bit worried reading other reviews about the traffic congestion and noise near the hotel but our stay for the 2 nights were nothing but awesome. It’s not noisy or dusty at all, and the taxi, didi drop off pick up were smooth.
Special shoutout to front desk (前台） staff- Felix, Vivian, Tommy & Ben who provided very good customer service and assistance we need. Housekeeping lady is attentive and efficient too !
Really glad that we have chosen to stay here and will definitely my #1 choice of if we come back to Guangzhou again !

The best thing is gym there, with a pool. Another good thing is how big the rooms are. Gorgeous team, always ready to help.

Very nice place. The staffs are super friendly. We got food poisoning for 2 days and they are willing to help us to buy medicine and stuffs.

We come to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary this time, and hotel made a best arrangement to us, upgrade our room to a suite and prepare room amenities for us.
We are very appreciate their service and hospitality.
