Very nice hotel with an amazing service, I booked the room without breakfast and when i checked out I wanted to pay for my 2 days breakfast but the hostess said its a gift from the hotel and no need to pay.
Her name is Jiaxin.
They have a very nice tea setup in the room with a black and green teas.

Love this hotel not only the convenience with the robot deliver foods and beverage so quickly but also their staff are amazing especially for receptionist staff her Chinese name is Xuegao, she organized almost everything say for the morning breakfast they can pack it up for customers, cleaning room not just the room, they even fold your clothes, wash and dry it when you ask for. It’s definitely an all in one hotel! Appreciate it. Thanks!

Good points and bad points. The hotel is really nice and it’s a new hotel, the shower pressure is really good along with the hair dryer where everything is reliable and good products. They leave fresh fruit everyday which is nice.
Bad points really are the staff, they can be really rude and speak no English at all. They even struggle with translator. The room is a little bit small and our fridge didn’t work.
However it is good for canton Faire and worth booking, I think if they changed their staff to more professional and had better service they will succeed more.
