Facilities: After 10pm, the hotel's air conditioner outdoor unit started to make unusual noises. The noise was so loud that I couldn't fall asleep. In addition to the air conditioner noise, the sound of the TV in the next room could also be heard clearly. The hotel was unable to resolve the issue that day, and the solution they offered was to check out in the middle of the night and we had to go out again or endure it for one night. (There are no rooms available at the hotel for the day) Service: The air conditioner made a strange noise. It was already past 11 o'clock in the evening. We brought a one-year-old baby with us, and the baby had fallen asleep, but the hotel asked us to check out. It was incomprehensible. I asked for a refund the next day, but the hotel refused. Ctrip helped me with the refund. I would like to thank Ctrip for that. Summary: poor hygiene, poor equipment, poor service, avoid lightning! ! ! !

酒店很乾凈，舒適。在地鐵口附近，小區路口，很好找，周邊吃的也多。房間寬敞明亮，佈置温馨，床鋪柔軟舒適，睡得很好。衞生做得很到位，洗浴用品齊全，水壓和水温都很穩定。工作人員熱情周到，服務態度非常好，入住和退房都很順暢。整體性價比很高，是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，下次還會再來！

帶兒子去廣州玩，偶然訂到這家，來到發現超預期！找到一家靚野～雖然房間沒有窗户。但是進房沒有異味，整體房間很乾凈，馬桶還是腳部碰沖廁，高級。晚上睡覺也沒聽到什麼聲音，算是隔音還行 客服小姐姐態度也很nice
