I recently had the pleasure of staying at [Li zhi Hotel] and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted Lu zi by a warm and friendly staff. The lobby was beautifully decorated and exuded an air of elegance and sophistication. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff were extremely helpful in providing information about the hotel's facilities and local attractions. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The decor was modern and tasteful, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped with high-quality toiletries. The view from my room was also breathtaking, adding to the overall charm of my stay. The hotel's facilities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, allowing me to maintain my workout routine even while on vacation. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, and provided a great place to relax and unwind. The hotel also had a spa, which I indulged in and it was truly a rejuvenating experience. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients. The service was impeccable, with the waitstaff being attentive and knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed the breakfast spread, which had a great selection of both local and international cuisines. Location-wise, the hotel couldn't be better. It was conveniently located near many tourist attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. This made it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy all that it had to offer. In conclusion, I highly Liz hi hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The excellent service, beautiful facilities, and great location make it a top choice for travelers. I will definitely be back again in the future.

Lu Zi at reception was very friendly and professional. We were very happy with this hotel. It was spotless. The room was large. The breakfast was very delicious. Everything was perfect. 

Very impressed. Clean and specious guestroom. Modern furnishings and wooden floors. Large TV. Full amenities and pajamas provided. The breakfast buffet has good selections but not very tasty. Front desk good service.

Very good service from everyone in the hotel especially 小蟹 who was the assigned customer service manager! My children enjoyed interacting with the dispatch robot and 小度 in the room 😊

We had the two bedroom room which was very spacious. The front desk even gave us a free upgrade. Staff are friendly and had free shuttles to the canton fair. The building is a bit older but rooms are very clean.

Liz Hotel is very close to the B1 subway exit (approx 3 minutes) and Guangzhou East Railway station. It is also very convenient to get to the airport via the subway. The subway station is connected to Po Park, a massive underground mall. The customer service is very helpful and polite. We were able to use Wechat to communicate with a direct contact, 张洛, and it made communication extremely easy. The hotel offers breakfast (extra cost), and we opted for breakfast on a daily basis. The food was quite delicious, and they also have robots that help deliver food to guests' rooms. (Sadly, we never used it, but we have seen it everywhere). Our direct contact sometimes came to deliver fruits and late night snacks to us, and it was extremely kind and thoughtful of her. She was only a Wechat message away, and we always felt like we were looked after. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room (with detergent provided) and a gym on the fourth floor. Guests do not need to go elsewhere to get their clothes washed. The room is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. NOTE: Due to the huge number of guests, sometimes the wait for the elevator can be quite long, and there can be a short wait for a breakfast table at peak times (9am onward).
