water leaking from shower tray to toilet side.
Room floor dusty with long hair in the floor.
Still see dirts and hair after requesting mopping.

Friendly staff. Excellent location nearby to food, subway and direct bus to Hongkong. Hotel room was a bit old. Breakfast was average, as some food was not fresh. No self laundry.

The WiFi connection is horrible. Had to ask for extra pillows and towels. Staff don’t speak English at all. Location is great. Lots of eateries nearby. The bed is huge and comfy.

Cleaning should be improoved. Location is super, dozens of restaurants walking by, just above metro and bus station.

good, but found a hair inside of food. i reported the staff and she did not take any action. other people was eating that dish… disappointed

Good location, not far from the coach drop off from Hong Kong and restaurants are nearby. Speedy check in and in room facilities are all in place. Extra large single bed of 2.4m made up by two 1.2m single bed. Good quality linen.
