Advantages: It is convenient to do business in Bio Island, and the subway station is within walking distance (15 minutes of slow walking). There are convenience stores and restaurants in the park (although not many). The one-bedroom and one-living room are relatively spacious, the curtains have good light-blocking effect, and the air conditioners in the living room and bedroom can be controlled separately. The staff's service is simple, but also polite. Disadvantage 1: There is a strong smell of sweat in the bedroom. Although the sheets and quilt covers are washed very clean, in the humid south, this sweat smell is likely to be caused by not washing and replacing mattresses, pillow cores, and cushion cores for a long time. I often encounter this situation in low-end hotels that cost one or two hundred yuan a day. I didn't expect that this not-cheap international apartment is so serious! Disadvantage 2: There is not much dust on the handles and switches in the bathroom, but the external parts such as the screen windows look very dirty and very dusty. Although I don't touch them normally, it's uncomfortable to see them so dirty. In addition, breakfast is basically equivalent to nothing, just a milk sandwich plus a fruit. However, this was reminded when booking the room, so I can only muddle through.

The hotel is on the Bio Island, the environment is very good, there are walking trails, a very quiet environment, there are two parks to visit, and it is not far from the subway station. The hotel's front desk is very warm and thoughtful, the room conditions and facilities are very good, there is also a washing machine, and free parking is very convenient!

It's my first time to Bio Island. I feel that the environment is more like a university. It's very quiet to sleep at night. The apartment buildings are all low-rise, with large space and complete facilities. The underground parking lot is fully connected and huge, with plenty of parking spaces. Although there are not many commercial facilities, there is a 7-11 downstairs, and there are also a campus cafeteria, noodle shop, and fast food restaurant four or five hundred meters away. Although the room is not new, the details are good.

This is my second stay, this time I stayed for three days. The room was as satisfactory as before, large and comfortable! It was also very quiet at night.
