Management is chaotic, hygiene is hard to describe, the toilet was not cleaned at all, and the quilt was patched.
Hygiene: Very poor, see the photo of the first check-in in Figure 3
Service: Management is chaotic, I don’t know if it shares the front desk with the express hotel or there is no front desk. I successfully booked the night before and checked in later. The front desk on the first floor said that I had to go upstairs to check in. When I arrived, I found that there was no front desk upstairs at all. I called but no one answered. In the end, I had to cancel the reservation after a lot of trouble. Then this check-in was handled normally at the front desk on the first floor. I don’t know how the hotel is managed, it is so chaotic. The overall experience is very poor.
