差不多每個月都過來訂這家公寓兩三次的，衞生挺不錯的，設施也算是齊全了，起碼有洗衣機、冰箱等等。前台服務也不錯。唯一不足就是沒有免費停車。

房間很小，比較老舊，進房間有一股聞着有點反胃的味道。馬桶位置太窄了，上廁所身子都得歪着。最最差的是洗澡竟然沒熱水。唯一好的是有洗衣機。建議還是多給點錢住酒店吧。

房間隔音差，床墊用品體驗差，酒店服務人員服務意識差，服務態度很差，住宿體驗很差，跟攜程反饋後，攜程進行了妥善處理，但是店家態度始終沒有改善。兩個不同的房間，一上一下，被酒店方告知，下層房間的路由器等網絡設施也在上層房間，我不能決定自己房間的網絡設備是開還是關，因為要考慮到另一個共享網絡的房間，因為這個原因，酒店方晚上22點55分給我發微信，並且酒店方在晚上23點左右敲門直到給我從睡着狀態敲醒，並且執意要求我把網絡路由等設備開門遞給酒店方，最後我還是妥協照做，否則酒店方工作人員一直在門口敲門發出聲音不離開，這一事件導致我徹夜沒有得到良好休息。攜程平台多年忠實用户，極為罕見地遇到這種整個住宿過程體驗極差。現在，寫下真實住宿體驗給其他旅客提醒。

房間打掃衞生乾淨，設施齊全高檔次低消費，周圍環境優美去哪裡都很方便！到地鐵站也近珠江邊走走看看也是一種享受生活

本人有潔癖，房間衞生乾淨。床非常舒服，重點是白色的床單被套看的出來更換過的整齊且無異味（仔細找了一條頭髮都沒有），房間也沒有異味。位置方便，配套齊全。前台服務態度也非常好。

非常臟了，枕頭被子床單都不敢蓋不敢直接接觸，都是油垢的味道。後來直接買了床上一次性用品4件套隔開。
房間都算不上公寓了，廚房很多做飯痕跡，都是廚房用具，浴室都是有人長期用的樣子，沐浴露洗髮水都一樣，瓶子又舊又不滿
地板和牆紙都臟得要死，
上面的房間就是打掃阿姨住。早上晚上走來走去吵死了。
