Hanting Hotel (Guangzhou Panyu Shiqiao Pedestrian Street)

I had a very bad hotel experience. The door broke at 0 o'clock and they kept calling the police. I couldn't sleep and they couldn't deal with it, so they asked me to change rooms and kept struggling until 1 o'clock in the morning. I'm really speechless. The house I changed is different from the one I booked. The cabinet is gone, the table is short, and there is no room to put anything. Spend money to downgrade configuration. What a rubbish experience.

I feel that the facilities are quite old. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. It is also close to Shiqiao Subway Station. You can get here directly by taking Line 3 from Baiyun Airport. I just don’t know why I can’t open the door even after changing the room card twice. The layout of the room is a bit strange.

I went to this place on a business trip today. I thought that as a hotel chain, Hanting Hotel should have pretty good facilities, and it was opened in 2018, so it shouldn't be too bad. But when I arrived, I was disappointed. The hotel gives people the impression that it was renovated to join the Hanting chain, and some accessories and facilities are not up to standard at all. Moreover, there are only two washing machines in the entire hotel with three floors, and one of the washing machines is broken. The washing machine is in a mess and has not been repaired at all.

房間很整潔，我們本來是訂了無窗的房間，前台小姐姐免費給我們升級了有窗的房間，這點很贊。然後退房後，前台也可以寄存行李，方便去周邊玩。電梯要刷卡才能到客房的樓層，挺安全的。
