Nice view from the room, no blockage to seeing the river. Location is convenience when we were driving by ourselves. But the temperature is a little bit higher in the room, not enough air. The people in the reception is too junior, not the service I expected.

This was really a lovely hotel. Support led by Leila Pan and Lily were very kind and very attentive right from booking, follow up, and arrival. Receptionists: Christine and Echo were welcoming. The facility was excellent. Room service was the best. The housekeeper Cherry did a perfect job in decor, which was a big surprise. Service and food were 10/10. The views of Chaomen River were thrilling. A place I would recommend and definitely visit when in China

Nice & clean room with big TV screen but at low floor.
Occupancy was low on the day and check-in staff appeared not paying notice to clients' request and didn't give out the free coupon for access to the small nearby farm despite such item had been included at booking.
Liked particularly the provision of a seating bench inside shower cubicle which seems rare in other places.
Food choices for breakfast are plenty and spacious for circulation between dining tables.
