Guangzhou Hotels with Airport pickup service

I have enjoyed a 5 Stars Hotel quality with very good worth of money. Spacious room , bathroom with electronic toilet tub. Plenty of food choice in the international buffet breakfast. Very close proximity to Rail Station and Shopping malls with lots of retailed outlets, supermarket, food outlets. Highly recommended to all people, holiday visitors and even businessmen.

An excellent hotel, has absolutely everything a weary traveler needs! The service at the reception was smooth and efficient. Our room was cozy, comfortable, imeccably clean and had all the facilities a traveler might expect. The bed was comfy, both the room and the bathroom were large and, to top it all, we had an excellent window view of Tianhe skyscrapers. The Canton Tower was also visible from the window. The breakfast was sumptous, catering to both European and Asian tastes. The level of service at the French restaurant was outstanding and the food yummi. Considering the level of service and comfort, we found the hotel to be good value. There is plenty of restuarants and stores outside the hotel and an attractive bar downstairs. Would highly recommend this hotel to any guests, both European and Asian!

It’s my 4th time staying at Asia international hotel and this time I was impressed with their newly refurbished rooms. I was also upgraded to Suit at no extra cost. Location is perfect specially for Muslim travellers as it’s close to most halal restaurants in Guangzhou. Staff are polite and helpful as always. They also added new Turkish restaurant at ground floor which is a bonus. Will definitely book here again next time I travel to Guangzhou.

Our experience at Westin GZ was great. It started off a bit dicey as the room temperature was too high. It was at a constant 24.6C. Also, the shower was intermittently hot and cold. However, upon raising the issues with Michael Zheng at the front desk, he was very apologetic and made it up by changing our rooms to one that he had personally checked to be within our comfort zone (approx. 21C). Westin is a high end hotel which will never be without issues just like any hotels in the world no matter its prestige. As such, it is still one of my hotels of choice and I won’t hesitate to stay at Westin GZ again. In fact, I’m planning a trip in April 2025 and I’ll be booking this place again. Location superb, in the middle of 3 malls & underneath the nearest mall is MRT. Beside the hotel is a lot of local eateries that served eel, chicken, vegetables etc. The hotel is very safe despite being linked to the Onelink mall directly by 2 gated doors (room keycard can open access). The Onelink mall serves shops like Massimo Dutton & local brands too. We booked a Fraser suite with 2 bedrooms that enabled us to drop off the shopping bags easily. The lobby concierge at level 1 helped receive our pre-booked taobao packages & even delivered them to our room. We bumped into several Singaporeans here. In terms of modern furnishing, this GZ Fraser Suites hotel was built 11 yrs ago so the curtains are not automated however the toilets all come with auto bidet spray. Staff is polite & service is relatively prompt. The aircon in the master bedroom was suddenly blowing cold air then stopped then restarted cold air blowing through the night. After we adjusted the fan speed, the above problem largely resolved.

Stayed in Hilton Guangzhou for 3nights. Checked in was smoothly done & given an upgrade of room due to reserved room not ready when there at about 2pm. Room was spacious and clean. Daily cleaned up were done nicely and happy to return to room in late afternoon with fresh condition space. However, was encountered with a not helpful lobby staff when had an issue with our Didi ride booking, Maybe he could not understand our Chinese words and ignored us. Luckily, another lobby staff approached us and managed to get our ride booking done successfully. Hotel location wise is convenient as there are some small restaurant eataries and shopping mall nearby. Hotel breakfast was good which we reserved on our last day stay. There were a wide spread of local & international food which we enjoyed. Overall, had a good 3nights stay at Hilton. Thank you to all staffs concerned that made our stay a pleasant one:)

had a connecting room which is very good for family. buffet breakfast was good too. though variety is limited and does not change much daily, the taste is good and love the range of fresh bakeries everyday. they allow take aways too if you rush for time. the only improvement needed would be for the hotel Concierge staffs to be friendlier and more helpful.

Outstanding Stay at Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel I recently stayed at the Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. Breakfast was a highlight – the buffet had an impressive selection catering to both local and international tastes. The facilities were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the relaxing outdoor pool. Every detail was carefully thought out, making the hotel a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend the Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel to anyone visiting the city. It combines luxury, convenience, and exceptional service to create a truly memorable experience. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Guangzhou!

The location is very excellent, close to the metro station, markets and international restaurants. The staff are friendly, the room is good but needs attention to cleanliness. You can see dust in the corners and the bathroom doors are not clean at the top.

Landing in Guangzhou, my friends have been recommending Sofitel Hotel before, so I checked in directly on arrival. The environment is very good, quiet and not noisy, the service is also very satisfactory, especially praise the guest relations department Kelsey, very considerate. I have long heard that Sofitel Hotel is very good, and I came to experience it on this business trip. The service of the guest relations department was also very good and warm, and the location of the hotel was easy to find, which added another color to my business trip.
