Receptionists are welcoming and helpful. Further enquiry can be done via their WeChat number. Appreciate that they are offering free laundry for their hotel guests, the timing will be from 09:00 to 23:00. The location is good as well, nearby to malls and subway.
Initial receptionist were great and explained everything, however after the personnelle change it looks new people didn't have any clue what was agreed upon and they kept knocking and calling the room asking the same thing that was discussed with other receptionists.
They also mentioned on the site before booking that we could have a late check out, however they ended up charging us for being late to check out.
They did deliver on their promise to get us to the airport though.

Very clean, big room and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The location is good, about 13 minutes walking to metro station. However, the mini fridge did a lot of noises and I don’t think the room had warm AC, so at nights it was a bit cold. Nevertheless, still a good place to stay in Guangzhou close to the center for a good price.
The night before we book the superior room then We upgraded our rooms to the business room type as it is at the highest level 31 where gym and laundry on the same floor. Room was more updated than the superior room. Indeed close to the gym & laundry but its only open from 11am to 11.30pm. Understand maybe theres a time limit to save electricity but i suggest to open early say 7am so people can have an early workout and do laundry at the same time.
It is around 15mins to the airport. Very convenient if you are staying a night for transit. Hotel provided free airport transfer. Before arriving, contacted hotel via network call (avoid overseas call charge) and hotel provided their wechat account to connect with the shuttle service arrangement. The room is clean and comfortable. We got a room with cigarette smell, and hotel immediately charged a new room for us. Good services. Nearby also easy access to food via walking.
It was good as over all , the hotel staffs were so friendly and humble. They even upgraded my rooms. Rooms and restrooms were so clean. Room service is excellent. But amenities like gym , work area and laundry yet need to be upgraded. Breakfast is repeated one daily the same. Instead you can opt without breakfast rooms
The service is good. Hotel is located a short distance from airport with free shuttle service to and from the airport. There's a few restaurants nearby including convenient stores
Stayed in this hotel for a total of 6 nights. I would say the location is convenient as it is near to the subway station, however the hotel walkways have cigarette smell, and they have so small spaces in the hotel room. Besides, the bathroom mirror would be transparent and visible to people outside. I would recommend to stay if you have limited budget for travel.
Room 1013 is small but ok for solo traveller like myself & is bright with big glass panel with view to main road. Double glass so i don't hear traffic noise at all except i think i can hear ppl above me. Location is very convenient; close to metro Exit C & behind is a local market & shops. Staff is friendly & there is also laundry room with washing machine & dryer for guests to use. Overall, I'm happy with my stay & would stay again.
The environment is very good and the service is very good, the lobby is very warm, the breakfast presented by the front desk is also delicious, and the hygiene is also very good, to travel to Guangzhou, stay in this hotel is very good, the room is about 30 square meters downstairs there is a bustling shopping place, very convenient. The hotel service is pretty good. They greeted us as soon as we entered the lobby. The aromatherapy in the lobby smells good. I like it very much. The room was arranged on a high floor according to my needs. The room is clean and tidy, and the space is large. The windows are also large, with a good view. Location is far from center but close to the subway and shopping mall. The size of the is really huge. Air Conditioner has quite and drying mode. Almost everything is ok. But breakfast, guys is the worst hotel breakfast that I have had all over the world (I have visited 25 countries). I dont know the real cost of breakfast menu, but guys it seems the same price is making huge omelet (or huge plate of scrambled eggs) with onion/tomato and toast with a piece of butter (you can buy big toaster to provide people make it own toast). Instead of this horrible fat noodles, corn, boiled eggs and potatoes. it will be healthy and more tasty I guess. Сarbohydrates (potatoes, corn, fatty noodles with meat O_O) are not good for breakfast. For breakfast people need to eat protein (eggs) and animal fat (butter) and some vegetables (list of salad and piece of cucumber)
Facilities: I stayed in the family room in Building 1. The hotel is a military-style guest house. Although it is not very new, the single room is very high and the area is super large. It gives people a feeling of atmosphere. It is also equipped with a large drying rack. It is very convenient to change clothes.
Hygienic: The bathtub is super **, it is a sinking type can be regarded as a pool, big and deep, and it is very clean before washing. It is safe to bring its own disinfectant water. It is used after disinfecting by itself. The focus is on the water. It is very large, the water is released quickly, and the water is also fast. It is very enjoyable to soak. The hot spring water is absolutely true, soaking refreshing.
Environment: The hotel has a lot of lychee trees. Unfortunately, it is not the lychee season during the Spring Festival. Otherwise, you can taste it. Every building style is also unique. There is also an open-air pool, but you need to bring a swimsuit. The overall feeling is very good.

The room was very clean, but very small, the surrounding transportation was convenient, the central area, no breakfast, slightly noisy at night, too excited to play, did not sleep well, the bed was small, 1 meter 5, if you want to be bigger, you have to add money, there are not many discounts on the price.
The hotel is very clean with comfy beds. The hotel has a car hire company with the same building and also provides a free shuttle bus service to the airport in 30 minute intervals which is very good. One thing is that the hot water in the room I was in wasn’t working. The staff there are really helpful and kind.
