This time I chose this hotel for my visit to Chimelong. I did some research online and found out that the hotel was newly built in the past year. It is indeed more intelligent, with electric curtains, one-button power off at the bedside switch, and robot food delivery. The service at the Four Seasons Hotel is very good. The front desk staff and the store manager provided very good service, which made me feel very warm as a foreign tourist. So I plan to stay in this hotel again when I leave Chimelong and go to the airport to go home the next day. The breakfast buffet restaurant has a full range of ingredients and a variety of delicacies. It is worth recommending

I called the hotel a few days before check-in to confirm my reservation. The customer service representative assured me that they could see my booking. However, when I arrived for check-in, the staff claimed they couldn't find my reservation despite my providing the booking number from Trip.com and my passport name. After 30 minutes, they finally said they found it. The room assignment was chaotic; I had booked a single bed but was given a room with two beds. Upon entering the room, I noticed that most room doors were wide open at 90 degrees, indicating very low security awareness in the hotel. Additionally, I found watermarks on the bathroom floor. Most shockingly, there was a CCTV camera pointed directly at the head of the bed. If someone didn't notice it, they would be recorded without their consent. I'm unsure how many other hidden cameras might be in the hotel rooms, so I suggest everyone think carefully before choosing to stay here. 入住前數天己打電話致酒店問有沒有見到我的預約， 當時CS說看到有預約。 去到CHECK-IN時 CS竟說找不到預約 （用TRIP.COM booking no及護照名） 花了 30分鐘才說找到預約。 安排房間很亂，訂了單床房卻給了 2張床的房。 上到房間，大部分房間門都90度大開，保安意識甚低的一間酒店。 入到房間後，竟見到浴室地板竟有腳板水印。 最估不到是 最最最恐怖的竟然是，房間內有個 CCTV對住床頭，如沒有留意到既人一定會被錄光光。 我不知道酒店房間還有多少CCTV未被發現，建議大家考慮一下才考慮入住。

The decoration of the hotel is very nice. The lobby is large and modern, with a Japanese feel. There is also a tea set provided. Unfortunately, I stayed in this room for a short time and had to leave very early the next day. The toilet is a bit small and the wash basin is outside. . There is a bar area nearby and there seems to be a lot of nightlife.

I like All Seasons as always! I took the opportunity to stay at All Seasons in Panyu Sihaicheng during the holidays. The environment outside the hotel is very good, and there are bay windows in the room to see the night view, which is really comfortable! The front desk and cleaning staff are very good, and they will remind you of many things very considerately. When you have problems and communicate with the front desk, they can also help solve them very patiently and carefully!
