We checked in on Christmas Day, which was quite busy, but the hotel provided reasonable service. The rooms were clean and looked new and decent. The breakfast wasn’t of the 5-star level, and most of the food tasted bland and cold. However, they did offer a tea time and happy hour buffet that was decent and enjoyable.

After booking the hotel, we received a call from the lobby manager, Manager Xie. Manager Xie's voice was cordial and enthusiastic. He first confirmed our reservation information, and then carefully asked us about our specific requirements for the room, such as whether we needed a non-smoking room, whether we wanted the room to be in a quiet area, etc. He introduced the location of the hotel to us in detail, and sent us an electronic map to ensure that we could find the hotel smoothly. What surprised us even more was that Manager Xie also prepared two breakfasts and welcome fruits for us, which made us feel the warmth and care of the hotel in advance. When we arrived at the door of the hotel, the duty manager was already waiting outside the door. He greeted us with a smile on his face and personally led us to the front desk. The front desk staff was proficient in business and enthusiastic, and our check-in procedures were handled very quickly. Manager Peng and Manager Liu in the lobby also carefully introduced the hotel's facilities and services to us, giving us a preliminary understanding of the hotel. After entering the room, we were immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the room. The room is warm and comfortable, the bed is clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable, which makes people have a strong desire to fall asleep at a glance. The desks are clean and tidy, and the chairs are placed properly, providing convenient conditions for business office or study. The bathroom is spotlessly clean, with all toiletries, and the brand is high-quality and very comfortable to use. The hotel's takeaway delivery service also made us shine. When we wanted to order takeout, we found that the hotel had cute little robots that could deliver food to the room. This special service is not only convenient and fast, but also full of technology and fun, bringing us a brand new experience. Although room well renovated with a good standard mattress of latest quality but toilet still old and tap, sink and bath tub is 30-40yrs old .. from my first night to the last morning had to chase n fighting with Gigantic mosquitoes 🦟 in the room and toilet! Bad attitude and service at the L3,restaurant supposedly to closed at 8.30pm but immediately after serving I was told to settle the bill and leave b4 8.30pm

I stayed at LN Garden over Christmas with my family, the hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff are all friendly and polite. The grounds and the hotel facilities are exactly what you would expect from a five star hotel. We have buffet breakfast and buffet dinner for the duration of our stay and each night was a different selection of quality, tasty food available. The restaurant staff were helpful and the service was excellent. The dessert selection was excellent. They had lots of seafood, sushi choices and the meat dishes were delicious and surprisingly good quality. The location of the hotel is tranquil and idyllic. We will keep going back to this hotel. If you are looking for a relaxing spot to enjoy and rejuvenate away from the hustle and bustle of the city it’s worth visiting LN Garden. The facilities are absolutely fantastic for families, especially the heated pool and the kids indoor play area. We got the chance to explore the surrounding area and hotel even provided us with tickets to visit the bird sanctuary. This was one of the highlights of our trip! Thank you to all the staff who made our trip a wonderful experience. We look forward to seeing you again.
