The room wasn’t ready for 45 minutes but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The dinner buffet closes at 830 and food delivery options in the area are limited however the evening canteen staff was more than friendly helpful and walked my friend and I to the Chinese restaurant on the property (closes at 9PM) and the food was absolutely amazing !

The room was on the second floor, and cost more than 400 per night. It was generally OK, but it was far from the city center, so you couldn't order much takeout, and it took more than an hour to get to the city center by subway.

Having stayed in so many hotels, Kaixin Hotel is definitely at the top. The front office manager Kiki called me in advance to arrange the room according to my requirements. The room is decorated in a modern and simple style, with reasonable space utilization and good lighting. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are of high quality. The hotel's gym is fully equipped to meet daily exercise needs. The surrounding transportation is convenient, whether it is taking a taxi or taking a bus. Highly recommended!

The amenities are good. But what was weird during check in we got told we gonna get a room upgrade for free but in the end was the room we booked. We didn't need an upgrade, but a bit weird that they said it. Besides that for the price its a good hotel. There was a big dead cockroach in the room once we entered, so could have been removed before we entered.

The hotel's Xiao He service was very thoughtful and great. The room was clean and tidy without any odor. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows provided great lighting. The equipment in the room was also easy to use. I will come again next time!
