Location - Amazing, right at the town square, just 50 metres from the bus station, shops, river all right next to it. Room - Small, average but worth it for the price Breakfast - decent, the person serving was super sweet. Reception - The guy was too distracted, not just while he was with us, but throughout the day.

La chica de la recepción con actitud pasivo agresiva. Si bien, el número de personas cambió no hubo voluntad de ayudar a pesar de haber cuartos libres. El registro tardó más de 1 hora ( 2 am) en ineficiencia deliberada que nos desgastó a todos.

Établissement simple et bon marché qui propose de grandes chambres sommaires mais propres. Le wifi fonctionne bien, l'offre tv est correcte. La salle de bain est large et clean. Le petit-déjeuner en sus n'est pas terrible, je conseille de le prendre ailleurs, il y a plein de possibilités alentours. Un bon plan pour une nuit en plein centre de la ville.

Es imposible dormir en este hotel, el ruido de la calle (discotecas, motos, carros , perros ladrando) es permanente (y mi habitacion estaba a medio pasillo , no tenia ni balcón ni ventana al exterior). Las instalaciones estan bien ( acorde al precio) y la ubicación es inmejorable pero no se descansa nada en absoluto.

Un hotel con una ubicación central para poder moverse hacia los sitios de interés del pueblo: parque central, restaurantes, bares, supermercados, plaza de los zócalos, museo, calle de los recuerdos, malecón, etc Las habitaciones son cómodas y agradables, sin embargo les falta un poco de mantenimiento y atención a los detalles, por ejemplo un espejo adicional en la habitación, amenities completos, disponibilidad del agua, insonorización ya que se escucha demasiado el ruido de la calle. Hay una gran oportunidad de mejora en el servicio, principalmente en la recepción, la información no la dan completa al momento de hacer el contacto para reservar, falta amabilidad al recibir al huésped y al brindar información turística.

Bonita habitación, acorde a las fotos. La zona es central para ir al parque principal de Guatape el desayuno estuvo bien y la atención buena. Teníamos la habitación con Jacuzzi y vista al embalse. El jacuzzi funcionó bien el único detalle a mejorar es que no se realizo una buena limpieza al Jacuzzi.

La peor noche. No dormimos nada. Los de la pieza del lado hablaron se rieron y oían cosas en el celular. Las paredes son de dry wall y todo se oye. Entraban salían y tiraban puertas. Y a las 5am se levantan y la misma bulla con niños gritando. Nadie controla la bulla. A las 7am empiezan a hacer aseo a la habitación del lado moviendo muebles sin importar q hubiera huéspedes al lado. Chismosean hablan entre ellas duro como si estuvieran solas. Además el ruido de la calle es durísimo.
