We got an uber directly from the airport and stayed at the Hyatt in zona 10 specifically because I had read it was safe. The area was
great and there were many dining options. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and infinity swimming pool. The staff was amazing!

The property was nice overall and the staff were also very attentive and kind. We were disappointed that the bathroom did not look like the pics as it had a tub opposed to a walk in shower. We asked to be moved however we're told they were completely full and all the bathrooms had tubs so moving us wouldn't fix the issue at hand. I personally do not like tub showers and wish the pictures of the hotel reflected the actual bathrooms. The bathrooms were also open concept so limited privacy.

I have been to many hotels and I had never been treated like I didn't belong which make me feel discrimated. Staff was a bit rude and didn't seem to want to help.
Parking at the hotel is inconvenient you have to take 3 different elevators to get to your room.
