前台工作人員很熱情，房間很乾凈。
唯一要吐槽的是前台在頂樓不在一樓。我們是晚上9點多到的，樓下沒有工作人員幫忙運行李……
位置屬於城中心吧，去機場很方便。
下樓走拐彎就是教堂廣場，有很多美食。傍晚找個露天的位置，非常出片。

TV did not work! It created a lot of issues as I wanted to sleep but the kids could even turn on the TV. Terrible!

Wow, what a place to stay. All the employees were very polite and professional. The breakfast buffet had a great variety that we enjoyed. The hotel is located in the middle of a shopping district. Great variety of restaurants and stores.

Better Experience Elsewhere for this Price Point
The hotel itself is situated in the center of Cayala which made it easy to navigate. However, the restroom door does not close all the way and it made it uncomfortable for everyone to use the restroom as you can see when someone is sitting on the toilet. The shower door also didn't close all the way so a lot of water and ended up leaking out. The elevators shut off and you can get stuck for up to 30 minutes depending on how long it takes for staff to reset it. The staff was amazing. They were so helpful and courteous. The only reason I would come back is for the staff.

The hotel was nice, but our bedsheets were not clean, everything else was great. Very convenient for places to eat and close to the airport
