Cleaning begins when guests check in. Ask guests to wait at the front desk for the normal time when checking in. The first room I was given was outside the window in a narrow inner courtyard with poor air circulation and sight lines... Needless to say, I went to the front desk to change rooms. The other female leader at the front desk was more enthusiastic and more enthusiastic than the first female staff member. Much better, but still waiting for the room to be ready before check-in. My check-in time was nearly 8pm. I want to ask: Does a five-star hotel not clean the room in the afternoon? Do you have to wait until guests arrive to clean?

The terrible service, they did not attend to my family and the breakfast was not even passed when it was paid, they left and did not say anything as it was like the first time it was good. Attended good service perhaps it is the staff on this day June 26
