Amazing Value for your stay
3rd time staying here. Staff is always so friendly. So nice to have the indoor pool very family friendly. The mall is walking distance with plenty of dining and shopping options.

Generic stay
Clean hotel, older so it needs a little updating. Hibiscus restaurant food was good a little pricey. Did not recognize VIP service and refused to honor discounts. Gentleman at the front desk was a little snobby about the VIP status. Will not stay there again.

The rooms and bathroom are specious but antiquated. The shower and bathroom toilet barely work.

The staff is excellent and the amenities are impressive. I particularly enjoyed the gym; it offers a great variety of equipment and encourages a motivating workout environment.

Specially when flights arrive late in to the night.
