I stayed here because it was close to the multimedica hospital and eliminated the traffic issue in guatemala as everything was in walking distance . The lady who represented the hotel was so warm and welcoming on arrival and you felt at home straight away. Very attentive abd excellent professional service . The grounds are imaculate and of a very high standard . Security is excellent . I would definitly stay here again and loved the place . Thankyou

I stayed here twice last month: three nights each time. Karla at the front desk is one of the best hotel staff you'll ever encounter. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel now has the Biscotti Café on the premises and the lady that runs it serves great cappuccinos and pour-over coffees. The beds are the most comfortable ones I slept on during the three weeks that I was in Guatemala. The small walk-in closet is one of the best amenities of any hotel I've stayed in.
