Without a doubt the best in Puerto Ordaz. They go out of their way to make you feel good. Good bed. Good shower. Good atmosphere. I would improve the restaurant's food at dinner. It is not up to the standard of the hotel. This has happened to me on my last two visits. Especially when you order a dish with White sauce for example Marinera pasta in White sauce, the appearance and texture of the room is pitiful.

Excelente atención de todo el personal, muy amables, las habitaciones están muy cómodas, buen aire acondicionado, limpieza y cuentan con TV Smart, el servicio de room service es 24 horas, cuentan con servicio de traslado desde y hacia dl aeropuerto y otras rutas cercanas totalmente gratuito.

Excelente hotel, muy agradable olor y temperatura. La atención de primera. Habitación muy linda y confortable. Paños y sábanas en buen estado. El desayuno es muy variado (el mejor de todos los Hoteles Eurobuilding). La piscina limpia y bonita. Tienen transporte gratis a los centros comerciales y aeropuerto. 100 % recomendado.
