The hotel has an excellent location and convenient transportation. It is about ten minutes away from the high-speed rail station. The hotel has complete facilities and the room is clean and tidy. The front desk staff Xiaobai has a very good attitude. He also gave us fruit on the day of check-in and gave us a free upgrade to our room. Check-out They also actively provided help. The hotel room was very quiet and comfortable. Overall, it was a very satisfactory hotel.

I liked this hotel. It is centrally located and the staff was extremely helpful. They provided great service. Unfortunately, my room had issues with the AC and Pablo (I believe that was his name), was very helpful. He even looked for a different room to change me. I originally didn't want to move as I had already taken out some stuff from suitcase so he brought me a fan. He kept mentioning that I can move and I eventually did. He even went as far as to speak to management and they were able to give me a late checkout at no additional charge since my flight was later in the night. That was very nice of them. The room was small but comfortable and cleaned. Pablo mentioned that the hotel had gone thru some renovations and were still working on some floors and they will soon have a rooftop bar as well. The rooms did look very new. This is a good hotel option for a budget hotel in Guayaquil.
