Good installations. Good food. For the restaurant you have to reserve. The bed is somewhat hard, but passable. You have to pay for parking, something incredible for a 5-star Hotel, it should be a service at no additional cost. There is a shopping center in front with a supermarket and gas station one block away.

The hotel is large with full facilities from pool, gym, dry and wet sauna and private jacuzzi. The staff go out of their way to provide service and support the guest experience. They are so friendly and efficient - it’s a high quality Hilton. Room was large, clean with a fantastic Mountain View. Great products too! Breakfast was delicious and filling! We had lounge access due to our Hilton honours -they were just exceptional in the lounge- very good quality food for dietary requirements and personalised drinks! It confynset up. It was just a perfect stay! Thank you!

I recently stayed at the Hilton Mendoza for my expedition to the Aconcagua summit, and it truly lived up to the high standards of Hilton properties worldwide. Conveniently located, it’s just a 10-minute ride (approximately USD $5 or 6,000 AR pesos) to downtown Mendoza and 20 minutes from the airport. Here’s what stood out to me during my stay: Dining Options: The hotel has a great diner where you can enjoy both lunch and dinner with ease. Breakfast Spread: A well-curated breakfast menu to start the day right. Room Facilities: The shower in my room was exceptional—water pressure is always my personal benchmark, and it exceeded expectations! Spa Services: The spa was reasonably priced, and I must commend Lorraina, the masseuse, for her exceptional skills. I opted for a 90-minute massage for CAD $100, and it was incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend the Hilton Mendoza for travelers seeking comfort and value without splurging on the pricey Park Hyatt downtown (CAD $330/night vs. Hilton’s CAD $220/night). For those heading to Mendoza, it’s an excellent choice that combines convenience, quality, and affordability.

The hotel is modern, rooms are really clean, bathroom has a separate shower, good toiletries. I was let down by the fact I couldn’t earn Hilton Honors points because the reservation was made through a travel agency. Also because there was no complimentary bottle of water in the room, which is odd for a 5 stars hotel. Regarding location, it’s a PRO or a CON depending on what you are looking for. It’s right across the street from a shopping mall, which is very convenient. Lots of shopping and dining options. But it’s located on the outskirts of the city, next to a highway. If one wants to explore the city, I would definitely recommend to stay either at the Sheraton or at the Hyatt. The Hilton is really far away from downtown .

Issue #1: first day. I had prepaid my 3 night reservation for this hotel which looked fine on pictures. When checking in the receptionist refused to take my international debit card for deposit as incidentals, card that I was able to use in multiple businesses around Argentina. He refused even though there is a sign from their country's Ministry of Finance stating debit cards cannot be refused. They could so easily had charged my card and refund it afterwards (as other Argentinian businesses do). The receptionist said their system doesn't allow it. This is already dissapointing considering it's a US chain hotel where one expects certain standards. I had to leave a cash deposit. He did not provide me with a receipt for this money until I asked for one. Issue #2: second day. After returning from walking around town on a very hot day, find out the card to my room was deactivated. I had to go to reception to ask for it to be re-activated. The staff working was the same as the previous day; when they saw me they exchanged complicit glances and smirks. The situation seemed to be funny to them! Issue #3: second day. Finally able to access my room, wanted to shower and come to find out it the room had been cleaned but the only two large towels were removed (no extras anywhere to be found as most hotels will have). I had to call reception to ask for towels, and after a while what I received were small, hand towels. Towels were made from a rough material, don't expect anything soft when you go to Hilton Mendoza. After a while a second person delivered two large towels. Conclusion: I am beyond dissapointed and (still) angry over booking a vacation at Hilton Mendoza! I did not envision traveling from the USA over 18 hours on airplanes and 7 hours by bus to stay at a US hotel with all of these issues! 4 star rating on Trip advisor is completely incorrect! I don't go on vacation abroad to be wasting precious time having conversations with hotel management over their subpar costumer service. Do yourself a favor and don't book Hilton Mendoza!

Just leaving this hotel today after a wonderful 3 night stay. We had some (non hotel related) challenges and the staff simply could not do enough to help us. The food and bar were excellent and one of the loveliest places to be a diamond member. The spa is well.worth a visit and we loved the ****** too, especially as the minimum bet was a realistic sum. Stay here if you are planning a trip to Mendoza.

Really nice stay at a high end hotel. Rooms were nice and spacious, breakfast was plentiful and the staff were top draw. Particular shout out to Eugenia who was heading up the food and drink side of things in the restaurant and Daniel the concierge. Both super friendly and helpful and made the stay really fun!
