A comfortable hotel with friendly staff a short walk to the centre of this wonderful city. Nicely appointed and airy bedrooms, excellent continental breakfast and dinner and well stocked bar. Nothing was too much trouble for the Manager Luigi and his colleagues. Free parking in front of the hotel.

This hotel always answered my messages very quickly and both in writing and when there they understood that I was a learner of Italian and let me practice my average Italian. We arrived about 9.30pm on a Sunday night after a slightly delayed flight. I had already cancelled our planned three course dinner but we were hungry and they were very kindly able to offer us a sandwich. The receptionist that evening was very accommodating as was the man in charge in the restaurant. Our room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfy, blackout blind worked perfectly as did the air conditioning. Breakfast the next morning was a buffet service and was fine. The man on reception, possibly the owner/manager, was again very kind and helpful. We were allowed to leave our car there whist we explored beautiful Gubbio which we loved. Overall we were very impressed.

Terrible and poor food, we were sick and we were a bus. The waitress had brusque ways and at a certain point we called her back, we had lunch, dinner and breakfast, there were no seats at the table. She scolded us because we had our coats behind the chairs and when we pointed out that the coat rack was full she told us to keep them there. Not even in kindergarten.

Ottimo hotel,pulito, silenzioso e moderno. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Un pochino lontano dal centro ma con una bella camminata si raggiunge in 10 minuti. Consigliato anche il ristorante,prodotti genuini,prezzi nella norma. Buona colazione.
