Hotel datato ma lo stanno ristrutturando un pò alla volta. La nostra camera infatti era grande ma stile vecchio, e puzzava da stantio, con un piccolo bagno. Sapevo che faceva solo b&b ma l'ho scelto per la piscina. Peccato che nei week end nel ristorante facciano feste private, quindi al sabato pomeriggio c'era un compleanno di bambini ed alla domenica una cresima e i clienti si riversano tutti in giardino e piscina perciò non c'è possibilità di avere qualcosa dal bar e neppure posto a sedere, per non parlare del caos. Nella mail ci dicevano che potevamo stare in piscina col cane ed avere drink anche a bordo piscina. Dovevano però specificare non nei week end. A saperlo ne prenotavo uno a meno soldi senza piscina. Un pò disonesti. Ho prenotato a maggio e di sicuro della cresima lo sapevano. Buona e varia la colazione

Location a San Marco a soli 3 km da Gubbio facilmente raggiungibile. Camere ampie ma Bagni da rifare soprattutto nella parte idraulica. Colazione molto buona sia dolce che salata; con poca scelta sul salato. Bella e comoda la piscina esterna. Personale dello Staff super gentile e sempre disponibile.

Struttura in parte ristrutturata. Personale accogliente. Prezzi adeguati.cena da migliorare ma sicuramente con prezzo modico.colazione abbondante e varia.posizione strategica con grandi potenzialità da sfruttare. Bella piscina curata...ampio parcheggio

Abbiamo pernottato in questo hotel come base per visitare i dintorni (Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia) e ci siamo trovati molto bene per la comodità della posizione, la cordialità e l'accoglienza dei fratelli Marco e Michele e l'ottima colazione con prodotti genuini. Le camere in cui abbiamo alloggiato (due doppie standard) sono state comode e pulite, unica pecca i sanitari davvero datati (crepati e ingialliti dall'usura). Purtroppo, essendo stati in questa struttura in giornate piovose non abbiamo potuto usufruire degli spazi esterni con piscina, magari torneremo (sperando di trovare i bagni ristrutturati, come già fatto per le camere superior)

Struttura immersa nella tranquillità, proprietari cordialissimi e simpatici. Ci hanno accolto facendoci sentire a casa, camere per metà Struttura nuove, per l'altra metà nella norma. Pulite le camere. Piscina pulita e immersa nel verde, cibo casereccio molto buono con una grandissima sala da pranzo. Colazione ricca e varia. Parcheggio in loco. Prezzo giusto per la location. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per il ponte del 25 Aprile,decisamente da ristrutturare, bagni molto vecchi e mal tenuti, copri water rotto x non parlare della doccia con il silicone con muffa!! E la porta tutta rotta,la colazione nella norma, avrebbe delle potenzialità per il posto strategico per visitare i dintorni che meritano tanto!!!

Eravamo in quattro persone in una stanza definibile TOPAIA talmente che era piccola e stretta,i letti erano inguardabili e il bagno oscuro e angusto,cibo pessimo e personale molto scorbutico(nonostante la nostra delicatezza nel chiedere il cambio della camera poiché era impossibile alloggiare lì hanno risposto con antipatia e hanno approfittato dell’ingenuità di quattro ragazzi).Vi sconsiglio assolutamente questo albergo. Ho diversi video della camera ma non posso allegarli poiché sono presenti i miei compagni di stanza.Inoltre il personale è anche truffatore,siamo stati accusati di una cosa che non fatta.
