Una parola solo racchiude tutto quello che di buono si può trovare in questa struttura........ECCELLENTE. La qualità del cibo, materie prime di qualita', la simpatia e squisitezza del titolare Manuele,un antipasto infinito .........che dire .....provare per credere.

Come spiegare il paesaggio incantato in cui questo agriturismo è immerso… pian piano da Gubbio si sale e all’improvviso di artiva e si viene accolti da dolci e verdi colline, da una meravigliosa e tipica struttura e gia’ questo basterebbe… ed invece nuove sorprese la piscina è davvero acvogliente, la struttura è pulitisdima e i proprietari Elisa, i suoi genitori e suo fratello ti fanno sentire in famiglia coccolandoti dalla colazione in poi. Menzione d’onore le cene davvero superlative … se capitate in Umbria è un obbligo (piacevolissimo) passare da qui

Dopo averne sentito parlare tanto bene ci siamo finalmente decisi a fare un pranzo in famiglia al Colle del Sole e che dire... siamo felicissimi della scelta! Cibo di qualità, a km 0, menù gustoso, variegato e pensato, personale cortese ed attento, che sa trasmettere la passione per la cucina e la tradizione umbra. Il tutto nella cornice di incanto delle campagne eugubine. Da provare assolutamente.
