The room was clean and nice, However the sustainability efforts are lacking, I didn't need my towel to be changed daily and kept it on the rack, but yet it was changed every day. Once I came back to see all the lights and air-conditioning was on, likely running all day 10 am- 7pm + when I returned The lifts are super slow and only 1 coffee machine for the whole breakfast restaurant that needed addition of water all the days I was there

The location of the hotel is in the eastern area of Surabaya. Close to Bu Rudi, Bu Kris, 10 minutes to Galaxy Mall, 20 minutes to Atum market, also close to Gubeng station. The rooms are quite spacious, towels, toothpaste and drinking water are provided. There are glasses, teapots and tea, etc. I ordered 2 rooms. 1 room is really okay. 1 room is missing. The towels were musty, the water in the bathroom was very small. Overall, for a budget of around 200 (the price when I booked) it's okay.

Very close to Tunjungan area, lots of good place to shop and eat. Facility wise, it's okay. Can tell that the building is aged, but the staffs are friendly and helpful. Had like a small sofa-ish in the room that an extra person can use to rest. Good experience!
