Do not stay here. Room so hot and couldn't turn down heating. No hot water in room. Hotel dogs barked all night. We stayed 2 nights and it was the worse 2 nights ever, none of us got any sleep due to all of the noise, we were on 2nd floor but could still hear all the noise from cafe area and pinball machines. Budget hotel, needs painting and as in such a bad way you couldn't tell if clean or not. Breakfast cold, thankfully there was a microwave. Do not stay here.

Hotel muy descuidado, almohadas muy delgadas, cisternas wc averiadas, cristales de las habitaciones incluso puertas del armario con huellas de otros huéspedes, telarañas e insectos por toda la habitación, armario muy sucio por dentro, puerta del baño rota, toallas minúsculas, ningún control sobre el silencio en los pasillos, fachada y balcones muy muy deteriorados. El ascensor...de película de terror. Creo que el propietari@ solo quiere ingresos y no invierte en mantenimiento. Es una pena pero se prevé que acabará cerrando, por una mala gestión, porque la ubicación es para forrarse, es un sitio espectacular, si no fuera por su estado de abandono. El personal excepcional, tanto recepción como comedor. El bufet muy abundante y variado, reponen continuamente la comida, y los guisos exquisitos. Mucha variedad sobretodo. Muy contenta con el bufet. Este hotel solo lo recomiendo por su precio si no te importa la comodidad de la habitación.

Hotel a 15 minutos de Sierra Nevada, con un buen precio para gente que quiera esquiar.Le hace falta una reforma urgente con pintura, mobiliario, etc. Lo mismo a los propietarios no les renta arreglarlo ya que muchos meses está cerrado. Primeramente diremos que el hotel es acogedor, con su chimenea, y una zona de ocio, además de un bar. El restaurante para el precio que tiene con un buffet bastante aceptable, tanto de comidas como de desayunos. Las habitaciones anticuadas, mobiliario muy castigado y paredes que les hace falta una buena pintura. Eso sí la habitación estaba muy limpia, aunque los cierres de aluminio no encajan bien, por lo que al hacer viento hacia un ruido ensordecedor. Para finalizar personal muy amable y cooperador. Es un Hotel con un precio bueno pero lo dicho anteriormente pide una reforma a gritos.

Lo primero, del personal no tengo ninguna queja. Todos muy amables y profesionales. Pero el hotel no merece tres estrellas, dado el estado de abandono de las habitaciones: tiré de la cadena del WC y salió agua negra con tropezones. El armario se desintegraba cuando tiraba del pomo de la puerta y no había escobilla en el baño. No funcionaba la calefacción, había un radiador eléctrico. Los colchones estaban hundidos, y la pintura desconchada. Con lo que cobran (81€/noche con desayuno), tienen de sobra para pagar fontaneros y pintores. Ahí no van Sanidad ni Consumo porque no se atreven. Por no hablar de la comida, que abundante es, pero nada apetecible. Lo que ponen para la cena parecen las sobras de mediodía recalentadas, nada justifica su precio de 16€, bebidas aparte. Hay comedores sociales donde se come eso mismo, pero a mitad de precio.

Llegamos el primer día y las habitación olía a tubería y humedad, la decoración de los pasillos, parece estar inspirada en un orfanato, ademas, un mueble en mitad del pasillo aunque la zona de la chimenea es agradable, el jueves se nos cortó el agua y no avisaron, simplemente dejaron un par de botellas de agua como regalito para eliminar los desechos justos. Al comentárselo a la propietaria ni siquiera admitió haber podido poner un cartel de aviso.Las camas terrible y las literas se doblaba, prometieron arreglarlas pero posiblemente ni entrasen a la habitación. El bufet normalito, los macarrones saben a menta.

Mi hija ha estado en este hotel, muy descontenta, literas sin escaleras, sábanas manchadas, sin toallas para ducharse, armario inservible ya que no se podía abrir, cortinas rotas y para colmo le robaron dinero en la habitación.

Si queréis peleados con la familia llevarla a este hotel, es perfecto para que te pidan el divorcio. Jjjj. Hotel viejo no, lo siguiente, casi ruinoso, instalaciones en pésimas condiciones, enchufes que dan hasta miedo, no hay agua caliente que después de un día en sierra nevada se apetece, pues no nos pudimos duchar, camas desastrosas, falta que los muelles se salgan a saludarte 😡😡😡, no pegamos ojo, minitelevisor de los años 90, calefacción no funciona no se puede apagar, baño de cuéntame cómo pasó y sucio. Lo mejor el buffette sin tirar cohetes. No lo recomiendo de verdad por este precio hay muchos mejores.
