This was our second stay at Red Level, Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora, and once again the experience was exceptional. The standard of service, attention to detail, and quality of the facilities were all of the highest calibre. Every member of staff we encountered was courteous, professional, and clearly dedicated to ensuring a memorable stay — they are a true asset to the hotel. While there were flies this year, likely due to fertiliser used on nearby banana plantations, this was a minor inconvenience easily resolved with a short walk into Alcala to purchase repellant. We have already booked our return visit for two weeks in September, which is a testament to the consistently high standard the hotel delivers. We look forward to our next stay!
