There were a lot of problems with the room. The lights don't come on and the door handle is missing. There are only two staff at the reception center so it takes a long time to tell them my request. This resort has no advantages other than the terrace view.

Beautifully appointed apartment with functional layout. The pools were amazing. The golf course was gorgeous. We used the hydrotherapy spa and it was delightful. We ate dinner at Akira~one of the best meals Ive ever had. Check-in and check out were a breeze. Location is central to Las Americas & Los Gigantes & Teide. We only spent a few nights but they were memorable and get the breakfast option-so worth it❤️

The resort is absolutely beautiful and the suites wonderful. The service from Suzana, Rahul and the team was excellent, very attentive. The kids camp was also very good. The suites are the size of an apartment - beautifully furnished and in excellent decorative order. The full kitchen makes cooking an alternative option to the restaurants on site for families with small children. We booked a two bed partial ocean view which probably exceeded expectations with a large stretch of the ocean visible.

The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and very near reception, which is handy for the Michelin starred restaurant, the gym and the main pool. There is a very nice supermarket on site and an amazing golf course. A short walk away is the Ritz Carlton, with nice restaurants and shops. There is a free shuttle to take you to the Ritz and the supermarket.

This is a resort with golf at its focus. However it is easy to get to other towns on the island from here. The apartment that was 5 minutes walk from the golf course, was spacious, clean and well equipped for self catering and laundry. We had a spectacular view out to sea over the large heated swimming pool. The food at the hotel and the golf club was very good. The service at both hotel and golf club was excellent and the staff very friendly. The somewhat challenging golf course was picturesque with stunning views and the fairways and greens were beautifully maintained. We had a lovely holiday and would gladly return.

I had a truly delightful experience at this rooftop bar yesterday. The atmosphere was exceptional, complemented by an incredible view that made the evening memorable. The cocktails were outstanding, and the focaccia was of excellent quality. A special mention goes to Giovanni for his impeccable service — professional, attentive, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place.

The best possible accommodation in Tenerife. This is our third year coming here, and we’re already planning our holiday for next year. Great place to stay—so peaceful you can hear the birds, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. We always feel very welcome every time we return. Highly recommended!

Substantial construction work which is planned for many, many months. Starts early in the morning until late afternoon for every day we were there. Impossible to read, sunbath or relax as the noise is so intrusive. Hundreds of flies whilst you are eating is also a nightmare. In my opinion don’t waste your money and book somewhere else
