房間寬敞舒適，設施很新，衞生間花灑水壓大，洗澡很舒服。前台服務熱情。未成年小孩送免費早餐，自助早餐品種也比較豐富。
很不錯的入住體驗，推薦！

整體比較滿意，房間，佈置還有智能設定都還不錯。
從性價比來説，值得推薦！
唯一不滿意的就是酒店還有電梯都有抽煙的，特別是電梯裏面抽煙！

酒店設施設備齊全，十九樓有免費洗衣房還自帶烘乾，烘乾完可以馬上穿特別方便。早上的早餐也很不錯，種類又比較多，牛腩粉好吃

酒店🏨硬件設施不錯，地理位置好٩（•̤̀ᵕ•̤́๑）ᵒᵏᵎᵎᵎᵎ正對着漚江😊景觀不錯，就是吐槽一點，淋浴房裡麪建議安裝一個捲簾，玻璃透光，洗澡🛀🏻好尷尬😳

第二次來桂東，依然選擇維也納。酒店裝修新，床品用品都很好。離心吹風很給力。落地玻璃窗，看縣城漚江夜景特別美！下次再來依然選擇維也納。服務人員都很熱情樂於助人，酒店可能因為地域原因房間沒配備冰箱，但是前台和廚房大姐都很熱心地幫助寄放冰櫃。哦哦，沒記錯的話，還必須一提的是這家餐廳的殺豬粉，很有本地特色！早餐品種豐富。機器人服務很貼心！
