服務挺好的，但是讓我給五星就免了，第一晚住的時候，床單上面有些毛髮，然後然後叫換了一張，更多污漬，後面再換才算乾淨，服務挺好，解決態度也不錯。就是這個衞生難評！然後就是這個一次性拖鞋，很大味道，有一個還很臟。

這兩天跟朋友出差，看了一下酒店了為了出行方便選擇了這家靠近地鐵口的雲棲酒店，沒想到給人意外驚喜，酒店房間不僅乾淨整潔，還很細心，房間會多放兩個杯子方便喝茶喝水，拖鞋也有塑膠的方便洗澡，居然還有護髮素，對女孩子的細節，還有他們家早餐也是很好吃的，種類也特別多，蠻不錯，我跟朋友都很喜歡這家酒店，下次來南寧出差還選擇他們家

裝修簡約新潮，很符合現在的年輕人，大堂很寬敞，和朋友小坐一下休息也很不錯，出行交通便利，去動車站就幾分鐘，前台服務棒棒噠，客房乾淨衞生，強烈推薦入住。 酒店地理位置優越，本身就在生活港中心，位置很好找，去鳳凰街逛街還是去廣場散步都非常方便，前台小姐姐服務態度也很好，客房乾淨衞生。
