Me and my husband stayed in this hotel unfortunately for only 2 days. The hotel was hidden away with a bike hire shop opposite for anyone that wants to go on the many bike trails they have. From the moment we set foot in this lovely place we were welcomed straight away by a lovely gentleman and then the lady my husband spoke to the day before to book the room, I'm really sorry but didn't get her name , she remembered us straight away and was very kind enough to get in the milk I needed for breakfast. She was a breath of fresh air very friendly, helpful and an all round lovely person. She showed us to our room and we were not disappointed the room was beautiful cosy , warm with a lovely big bed and TV with coffee machine and kettle with everything you could need . The bathroom was lovely and the shower was good. Had a great nights sleep lovely comfy bed and the breakfast in the morning was exceptional with plenty of choice and the young man that served us in the morning was also very helpful and friendly. All the staff that work at this hotel are a credit to the place and we will definitely be going back when I'm the area. Thank you so much so making our stay enjoyable.

Stayed for one night. The hotel is a 20-minute walk away from the town centre in a very quiet location. The breakfast buffet was tasty (although I wish they’d had cream cheese for the bagels!) and I slept very well. The downsides: the iron I borrowed from Reception was in very poor condition, leaking water all over the floor (and my shirt!). And there’s only 30 minutes of free wifi per day, although you can buy more if you like.

Had a good stay. Room was very clean and very quiet. The only reason I'm not awarding 5 stars is the height over the bath. Trying to get out was a real challenge, im 6ft and hence have fairly long legs, but even I struggled to safely manoever myself from the shower/bath down to the floor without going flying..its actually quite a drop..and quite dangerous! If they could fix this issue but installing a lower bath with lower sides then it would deserve 5 stars! I was on the 1st floor. Even a bathmat wouldn't fix the issue as the drop is really bug at at at angle!
