This is one of the best hotel stays I had The reception Doli welcomed me warmly and so helpful The room is good size clean and quiet Even the cleaners are so efficient and perform their job well Morning breakfast is adequate and I found the laundry so useful I was given late checkout Long and Mia at the reception assisted me and are very courteous Very happy to return to this well managed friendly hotel Its also in a quiet corner but just next to night market with lots of shops and eateries

Sheraton Guilin is a great base for daily tours around Guilin. The hotel has a lot of choices for breakfast, beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring the food street and walking along the river. We were upgraded to have access to the club lounge — highly recommended asking for annual upgrade. One recommendation we have is to increase the offering of vegetarian dishes — there are plenty of dishes in the club lounge that didn’t need the addition of animal meat. Avon, the manager, and her team took care of all of us during our stay.

My family checked in on Oct 24. We stayed for 3 nights. We were happy with our stay in this hotel and would recommend friends to stay in. We also had our rooms upgraded to larger units. Prior to that, we had a warm reception by Xiao Wan and he even personally helped to bring our luggage to our rooms. He also recommended places to eat and visit. There were welcome fruit and sweet snacks and even brewed desert of white fungus for each of us which we never had before on our trips.. The views from the restaurant on the 7th floor were fantastic. We wished we had stayed longer. We will definitely stay in this hotel when we visit Guilin again.

We had a really great time at SYYF Li River Courtyard hotel. Here are some highlights: 1. Helpful staff We were able to check in around 12:30 pm. The staff at front desk helped us move in. Everyone in the hotel put a lot effort to make sure their customers were satisfied with their service. 2. Comfortable beds The two bedrooms is kind of small for a family of 4. It lacks desks to put makeup, purses. However the bed and pillows were very comfy. 3. Tasty food with stunning views restaurant The ZUI restaurant at 6 floor has excellent food options, great quality and stunning views. We had both dinner and breakfast there. It was the best one in our entire Guilin Yangshuo vacation. We really like the local specialties, like Oil Tea, Black rice cake with egg yolk, fried rice noodles, Guilin rice noodles… Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at SYYF Li River Courtyard Hotel. I highly recommend it.

Stayed for 3 nights at this lovely boutique hotel. The rooms are clean, modern and well maintained. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. I would recommend to friends and family. If there was one thing to improve, I think smoking and non smoking rooms should be completely separated - the hallways were filled with the smell of cigarettes and it also filled my room but otherwise, I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel in perfect location and very good service from the staff. Breakfast was also very good. Their guilin rice noodle is very tasty. Such a beautiful experience! The staff were so friendly and helpful from the beginning to end. I immediately connected with Ke to help build the itinerary and booked a wonderful trip to Yangshuo. The only downside is that it’s a bit far out from Guilin center (30 minutes). I spent the whole day on the river tour and when I returned luckily they had barbecue on the roof. The room was large and spacious with one of biggest bathrooms I’ve seen. My only regret is not spending MORE time at the hotel on the beautiful balcony of the room :)

Hotel is in a very convenient location for tourists, right opposite elephant trunk hill. Service quality is impeccable. The receptionists were sincere in understanding our needs and helped us by recommending local sights and eats. Hotel room was spacious, comfortable and clean. All thee necessary amenities were provided and complementary fruits were also given. Do check out the roof top bar which has a great view over the city of Gui Lin. Overall the best hotel we stayed at during our trip and we were very happy with our stay.
