We had such a nice stay Lavande! The location near the railway station and the lakes and rivers makes for a great base to explore the city. The staff did speak English and was very helpful. The room was lovely, clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast was Chinese with a big variety. No western-style coffee but there are options in walking distance.
Overall a wonderful stay, would go there again.

We had a surprise room upgrade upon check-in. Thank you 😊 The hotel is located opposite the Guilin Railway Station. We took the underpass to cross over but it was under renovation and the escalator wasn't working. So it was a struggle for us to go down and up the stairs. We love the hotel's lavender concept. It was a pretty and lovely room. The music came on automatically when we were in the shower. Awesome 👍Although it was just 1 nights 'stay, we enjoyed it and will definitely come back again if we visit Guilin again.

less 5 mins walk from Guilin Railway Station and good location for overnight if you’re planning to go on Li River Cruise the next morning. Friendly and English speaking staff.

Front desk was very helpful and friendly. I slept well. Gave a free upgrade but the window was facing a building so the blinds have to be drawn. Really close to the main station. Downside was that the noise insulation was not done well. Neighbours were opening doors throughout the night and it could be heard, likewise with people talking down the hallway. Strange feature was that music started playing when I start the shower and stopped once the water stops running, which was quite creepy.

Every staff in this hotel is very welcoming, making me feel very comfortable. Besides, the environment here is great and the most important thing is cleanliness, which gives me a sense of home. Staying in this hotel at such price is really a great value! I would definitely come back next time whenever I have the opportunity.

Very convenient if you’re just looking for a hotel next to the train station! Nothing too fancy, but definitely nice enough for the price and convenience.

Room is exactly what the picture shows. Really nice hotel. We stayed in the smart rooms and the only complaint i had was that the bathroom plays a song every time someone showers. This really disrupts my sleeping. We did not know how to turn it off. The room was too smart for us lol.
They upgraded one of our rooms to a suite. Thanks
Breakfast selection is fair.
