Booked two rooms, one of which smelled heavily of cigarette smoke as soon as the door was opened. Don't they exhaust the air when they cleaned? And in the three days that followed, every time I went out and came back, there was a heavy smell of cigarette smoke, and the air that was changed by exhaust was also smelling like that. Secondly, the room I booked clearly came with breakfast, and the front desk said that we would go to get the breakfast ticket for the day after tomorrow the next day. OK, we went to get it the next day, but they said that we booked without breakfast. Please check carefully before you tell me. Okay, I have already collected the meal ticket for one room, but not for the other room. Okay, I went to check it later, and they said that it was because of the system that it didn't show up. If it wasn't because I couldn't check out, I would have wanted to change hotels directly. This is also a speechless place. Other hotels have free check-out before 8 o'clock on the day of check-in. Why did this hotel have to pay double the price for checking out two hours after booking? And the sound insulation is very poor. I can always hear the sound of opening doors or talking next to me.
